Notice of Tax Sale Town of Burke The resident and non-resident owners, lien holders and mortgagees of lands in the Town of Burke, in the county of Caledonia, and the State of Vermont, are hereby notified that the taxes assessed by such town for the year 2015, 2016 and 2017 remain, either in whole, or in part, unpaid on the following described lands, to wit: 1) Being a parcel of land with dwelling thereon and appurtenances thereto located at 125 Mountain Brook Road, Unit 21, East Burke, Vermont and being all and the same land and premises conveyed to John Coughlin, IV and Christopher Coughlin, as tenants in common, by Quit Claim deed of Claire Coughlin dated July 8, 2013 and recorded in Book 133, page 301-303 of the Burke Land Records. And which are identified by the tax parcel ID number 07MB0021-000 2) Being all and the same land and premises conveyed to Paul E. Gervais and April M. Gervais, by Warranty Deed of Maitland MacKay and Susan MacKay (fka Susan Abbey), dated July 24, 1999 and recorded in Book 77, page 18-19 of the Burke Land Records. And which are identified by the tax parcel ID number: 07010051-000 3) Being a parcel of land said to contain 6.4 acres, more or less, with dwelling and outbuildings thereon and right-of-ways thereto located at 1258 Pinkham Road in East Burke, Vermont, conveyed to Jessica A. Hudson by Warranty Deed of Kenneth P. Leach and Linda P. Leach, dated March 23, 2013 and recorded in Book 132, pages 81-82 of the Burke Land Records. And which is identified by the tax parcel ID number of: 08030015-000 4) Being a certain parcel of land containing 6 acres, more or less, together with the right-of-way appurtenant thereto, located of Bugbee Crossing Road (also known as Town Highway #44) in the Town of Burke, and being all of the same land and premises conveyed to Linden P. Ide, by Warranty Deed of Steven Russell Sylce, dated September 30, 2005 and recorded in Book 103, pages 95-96 of the Burke Land Records. And which is identified by the tax parcel ID number of:06020028-000 5) Being a parcel of land said to contain 10.8 acres, more or less, with unfinished dwelling thereon, located on River Road in Burke, Vermont and being all and the same lands and premises conveyed to David M. LaFleur by Warranty Deed of Harold E. Dresser and Nancy Dresser, dated August 7, 1997 and recorded in Book 71, pages 462-463. And which is identified by the tax parcel ID number of: 04010001-003 6) Being all and the whole the same lands and premises conveyed to Daniel Avery Strout by Quit Claim Deed of Ruth E. Strout Vinueza, dated April 24, 2008 and recorded in Book 113, pages 580-581 of the Burke Land Records. And which is identified by the tax parcel ID number of: 03050032-000 7) Being a parcel of land located on the southeasterly side of Town Highway #1 in the Village of West Burke, together with the garage, barn and other improvements thereon; and being all and the same lands and premises conveyed to Howard B. Switser and Tanya M. Switser, husband and wife as tenants by the entirety, by Warranty Deed of Sally R. Switser, dated July 7, 1999 and recorded at Book 76, pages 526-527 of the Burke Land Records. And which is identified by the tax parcel ID number of: 03010016-000 8) Being a parcel of land said to consist of 57 acres, more or less, located on the easterly side of US Route 5, and being all and the same lands and premises conveyed to TBK Realty by Warranty Deed of Best Way Homes, LLP, dated August 15, 2004 and recorded in Book 97, pages 22-23 of the Burke Land Records. And which is identified by the tax parcel ID number of: 06020025-001 9) Being all and the same land and premises conveyed to Thomas B. Williamson by Warranty Deed of Antoinette M. Shapiro, Trustee of the Antoinette M. Shapiro Trust, 1985, dated October 19, 2004 and recorded in Book 98, pages 312-313. And which is identified by the tax parcel ID number of: 01010003-000 10) Being premises consisting of a parcel of land located on Church Street in the village of West Burke, and being all of those same lands and premises conveyed by Warranty Deed of Mark R. Erickson and Sherry L. Erickson, to Thomas B. Williamson, Jr., dated November 7, 2000 and recorded in Book 81, pages 100-101 of the Burke Land Records. And which are identified by the tax parcel ID number: 03040040-000. 11) Being premises consisting of a lot of land with the apartment house and improvements thereon located at 164 Church Street in the Village of West Burke, and being of those same lands and premises conveyed by Warranty Deed of Mark R. Erickson and Sherry L. Erickson, to Thomas B. Williamson, dated October 2, 2001 and recorded in Book 84, pages 38-39 of the Burke Land Records. And which are identified by the tax parcel ID number 03040050-000. So much of such lands will be sold at public auction at the Community Building of the Burke Town Office, 212 School Street, Burke, Vermont, a public place in such town, on the 25th day of January, 2018 at 9:00 a.m., as shall be requisite to discharge such taxes with costs and fees, unless previously paid.
