Highway Crew Wanted

Town of Burke, Full-Time Road Crew Position Seeking full-time applicants for a position on the Town of Burke Highway Department Road Crew. CDL Class B w/Tanker endorsement required. Job includes physical labor, lifting, plowing, grading and requires some overtime. Must live within a reasonable proximity to the garage. Highway winter maintenance and equipment operation experience preferred (Grader, Excavator, 10 Wheeler Plow Truck w/wing). Competitive Salary and Benefit package. Burke accepts recycling at 212 School Street on Wednesday, Thursday from 3:00 to 6:00pm and on Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. NEK Rubbish is also available to take your trash the same hours as recycling for a charge.
