The Burke Town Clerk's Office will be closed on Memorial Day, May 25, 2026, Independence Day, July 3, for the July 4 holiday 2026, Labor Day Monday, September 7, 2026, Thanksgiving November 26 & 27, 2026, Christmas Eve, Thursday December 24, 2026 closing at 12:00P.M. Christmas, Friday, December 25, 2026, and will reopen December 28, 2026 at 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
The Burke Town Clerk's Office will be closed on New Years Day, Friday January 1, 2027 and will reopen January 4, 2027 at 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
TURKEY BISCUIT DINNER
Town of Burke, Full-Time Road Crew Position Seeking full-time applicants for a position on the Town of Burke Highway Department Road Crew. CDL Class B w/Tanker endorsement required with medical card. Job includes physical labor, lifting, plowing, grading and requires some overtime.

Burke accepts recycling at 212 School Street on Wednesday, Thursday from 3:00 to 6:00pm and on Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. NEK Rubbish is also available to take your trash, Wednesday, 3:00 to 6:00 pm Thursday from 3:00 to 5:30 pm for a charge.
Hazardous Waste Collection Day
Bulky day May 16th, 2026
Bulky Day 8:00am to 12:00pm
at 51 Town Garage Road.
Must have a ticket for Bulky. Tickets are $35 at the Town Clerks Office.
