Calendar Brook Road will be closed on Monday, August 18th through Thursday, August 21 from 7:30AM until 4:30PM for road repair work. The road will be closed from the Burke Town Line up to Crosscut Road. Please take this into considersation and adjust your travel plans accordingly. Thank you for your patience.
Town of Burke, Full-Time Road Crew Position Seeking full-time applicants for a position on the Town of Burke Highway Department Road Crew. CDL Class B w/Tanker endorsement required with medical card. Job includes physical labor, lifting, plowing, grading and requires some overtime.

Burke accepts recycling at 212 School Street on Wednesday, Thursday from 3:00 to 6:00pm and on Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. NEK Rubbish is also available to take your trash, Wednesday, 3:00 to 6:00 pm Thursday from 3:00 to 5:30 pm for a charge.
