The Town of Burke is soliciting established Landscaping and Property Management Companies for the Lawn Mowing and Trimming of two Town properties for the 2026 season.

· The Clerk’s Office/Community Building– 212 School Street, West Burke

· East Burke Darling Park – Route 114, East Burke

(The entire park area, which includes the ball field and playground area.)

Please include a separate bid for fertilizing the Town Clerk’s Office area.

The successful bidder shall have their own equipment and maintain the insurances required by the State of Vermont for the scope of work that is agreed to and shall be in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws governing labor and safety while performing the contracted work. References may be required upon request.
